One way to end his mis-information is to make a list of the companies who advertise on his show. After that we need to communicate with these companies about the lies he spews on his show and also threaten to boycott all their products, if they continue to sponsor his show.

I saw in one of the interviews, Lou gave where the interviewer particularly questioned the authenticity his claims and numbers. So that is where he was checked in. So identify those interviewers and send the facts so that when he gives another interview, he will be questioned again.

Anyone have any ideas on what EB3 Rest of World will be in the October Visa Bulletin. My Priority date is OCT 2005 EB3 Rest of World. Do you think I have a long wait?

Let us start the groundwork by brainstorming.
Few sample topics:
Calling individual congress-persons / senators / local journalists.
Writing to the above as well as to the white house (a petition en masse maybe?)
Collecting funds targeted for this purpose ('Will need an estimate)
IV core - pls - we need your inputs..
I agree, This another big and very important thing that IV core can be challenged. IV core needs to bring an action item for this. People pour your support for this as well...I believe we definitely see positive contributions for this effort.

Guys do not feed the freeloaders by telling anything you are reading in the donor forum. Let these people help themselves by signing up for recurring contributions if they want helpful nformation about their EB2 PD movemement. We are still not meeting of our advocacy day amount. It is all because most people want free lunches. This needs to stop. The 200 people going to DC tomorrow are going to speak for you and me for yours and mine greencard. They are taking time off and spending own money for you and me. Nothing is free in this world. IV is also doing this for you and me and we are taking it for granted. gc_chahiye is correct - this is precisely why my lawyer advised me not to go with 2nd set of 485 + if one gets rejected the other one automatically gets rejected (when both are combined)
We decided to go for 485 that had older PD
I know someone who applied for 2nd set and then withdrew the 2nd application as soon as he got Receipts (his application was in Neb and wife's was in Texas << this could lead to major delays as the files are now physically located in different centers)
With all the confusion and movement of applications to different centers... things can only get complicated in my opinion. One can only hope for the best
why would the second app be rejected automatically if the first one is rejected?
Combining them simply puts them all into a single file for USCIS to follow up on. They are still individual files, based on individual I-140s.

IV members have saved you a lot of money on attorney phone calls, getting answers to medical test questions and other general questions. Please contribute to IV so that we can keep this effort going. While everybody is busy collecting documents and paperwork for 485, core IV again is doing there personal paperwork and + lobbying.
Please contribute, especially if you are new and never contributed. Please do not be a freeloader and get your questions answered and run away.

This was an important question confronting lot of people and lawyers were giving different and vague answers. All the information was researched and given to our members. If you already have applied in EB2 you won't be affected.
If you have a Masters you won't be affected.
I have a small doubt here. I'm still trying to understand this porting business. Why is that those who have already applied in EB2/Masters will not be affected?
If people with earlier PD port to EB2, it will make my processing longer, no? (IFF my PD is later than theirs')

I am not sure what is happening. When I went to USCIS during Infopass, the officer at the time told me that my case will be looked upon when the notice date comes up.
MY priority date is april25 2006 and the notice date was 09/18/2007. I didn't believe him. Even I raised the question in one of the forums and other guys shot me down saying the notice date is not important. But now I got an LUD on 09/19/2007 and that was the reason why I raised this question to you as well as HIINVIN66. I am assuming that the applications are looked upon based on the notice dates. If they under EB2, pre adjudcated and visa numbers availaible, MAY BE MAYBE we get green cards. IF not, We have to keep our fingers crossed. Let see what happens.....

For transiting through US airports, you need to prove you do not have immigration intent or commitment to another country like home ownership, (and the whole nine yards that go with it). TSC people are thinking smart by sending "Contact Help Desk" letter
to everyone.. They don't even see what's in the letter and why 100's of people sending same letter. Sigh.. :mad:
