You are soliciting business from IV site. You don't have a disclaimer or no shame in doing that. You filled your charge country as UK and pretend to be GC aspirant. You can advertise your thing by paying IV, not by these cheap method of interfering here. I know you suck a big amount from people approching your firm for evaluation and take more amount (than the authorized) from them using the credit card details on file by giving lame excuse. I know many friend burn their hands.
I did post about this. We have seen professor's expert opinion letters showing the equivalency to the MA being approved. However, the evidence does point to an equivalency to a BA.

I am now using this opportunity (retrogression) to get my 3 yr H1-B extension through premium processing. Who knows when they stop this again?

don't you think they will face problems in 140 if their education doesn't match that in labour... its not as easy as you told..

You are right, they will face problems in 140 and they do.But you know what, thats why we have lawyers & education eval agencies , if you pay them they can make any degree or exp look like , anything else.
I know a guy who had BSC & got a sub labour , he had got many RFEs in his 140 , I don't know what happend in the end , but what I feel is, some of them can still trick the system.

if there is demand for some skill it will be given 50 times the salary of others.. if somebody wants to migrate he will find ways.. now being IT worker is best way to migrate to developed countries. This is a very valid point. If employer or his lawyer asks more money in fees for filing I485 it is always better to go thro employer if he files I485 promptly. But if the delay is intention of the employer then use your own Lawyer.
Desi companies - HIGHLY ADVISABLE TO USE UR OWN LAWYER AND DONT LINK LAWYER AND EMPLOYER - THEY HAVE TENDENCIES TO BECOME BUDDIES BASED ON BUSINESS PROMISES.
TAKE ALL DOCUMENTS FROM EMPLOYER AND GIVE TO LAWYER. U MAINTAIN UPPER HAND WITH LAWYER.
485 RFE IS COMMON FOR EMPLOYER- LAWYER COMBO OF DESI COMPANIES.
Lawyer needs money and employer needs prolongation.
With rules changing and with CIR reintroduction and with Durbin Grassley amendments - Desi companies will be having tough business in future - they will try to retain consultants in whatever way possible. So beware. These people are sweet in their talk - but they do everything opposite to what they talk.
This maybe applicable to non desi companies also - this dates becoming current is an acid test for employer's genuinity.
So be cautious - watchful and get things done in smart way. 180 days down the lane the story is different.

FYI: The number of name check related lawsuits increased 10 times from January 2006 to January 2007 :) I estimate the total number for this year will be 3-4 times bigger than 2006 number.
There may be a slight decrease in number because of retrogression, but i believe the bros&sis in the citizenship queue will compensate for that.

Yes might be but Labor cert is not being part of list of docx that need to be attached even if ur 140 is pending as if you would have included I-140 receipt notice but in your case it seems better u do it rather feel sorry . But refiling in many normal cases wont help much unless if there is an issue in it.
I would not re-submit only for EVL, but it is important you review your entire AOS application set that went out to USCIS.
I reviewed the photocopies of our AOS applications and found a few omissions e.g. not including
1. EVL
2. pending I-140 receipt notice
3. Labor cert approval which would clearly show the priority date-- instead they put a wrong priority date in the covering letter.
I decided it is a higher risk to rely on such a messed up application!
Hence, I am working to re-submit our AOS. I asked that I review the entire application in advance this time around:) Thanks IV... I have come a long way because of YOU!
BTW a small issue I found on my family's AOS applications:
For my dependants... in Part (2) Application Type, I think we should check (b) my spouse or parent applied for....
it is currently (a) an immigrant petition giving me....
It was also (a) in their first set of AOS applications
Am I right in saying the checkbox to be selected is (b) not (a)?

but my current employer is a best person to work with and he is ready to help me at any extend he will not mind doing anything which will help me getting my green card.
Please advice if this could be an issue not having the employer letter while filling the I 485.

It does not make any sense to send a new offer letter with AC21 unless you know the right job title or job description.
you would have a safe bet once you know your job title and send a new offer letter with your current employer and AC21 letter.
