While talking about rederawing of boundarie, there is another interesting proposal doing the rounds in the global political discourses. This one is not a prediction, but a proposal to redraw the boundaries of the middle east. The idea was initially proposed by someone called Ralph Peters in the Armed Forces Journal in an article titled "Blood Borders" .
The core idea behind the proposal is that the state boundaries of middle east are unnatural, and it has given rise to artificial, nonviable and oppressive states. The only way to permanently solve the problems of islamic terrorism is to redraw the boundaries of the entire region.
The idea has been floating around on the Internet for a couple of years now. No wonder, the nationalities set to benefit from this proposal (Baluchis, Pakhtuns, Kurds, Shia Arabs etc) are enthusiastically rooting for it, while the ruling elites of the so called artificial states like Pakistan and Sunni Iraqis are adamantly against it. Nevertheless, it is an interesting read.

5. if you select a service on the application already filed from step 4

Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.
Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.
EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.
Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

Based on what's mentioned on AP form 131, she need to be present in US to file for renewal and if she travel outside the country during the time of renewal, her 485 application would be deemed abandoned.

My priority date Sept 5, 2006 is almost current and I am switching job to another company but similar job duties. From Sr. Systems Analyst to Sr. Business Systems Analyst. Should I file the AC21 now or wait till the RFE? If I wait and they approve my 485 without an RFE, then should I file AC21 at all?

Not to disrespect the read, but people should realize what they are getting into before they get into arguments or brawl. This is not India.

Luckysiri, I am sure things will work out for you and your family. You definitely need to expose and name your employer whose sadistic attitude caused so much pain and suffering during these critical months. I always loved this board for what it does - especially the Gurus who always spend their precious time giving input to member's queries. Well... this is not query. I just want to vent my frustration, helplessness to fellow friends in this board. In spite of graduating from a reputed univ with a Masters and very good GPA and also having 7 years of professional experience, I am bound to be a slave to my current Employer without any promotions, career growth or anything remote to that for next (God knows how many Decades) several years. ppl who are junior to me in every aspect are growing left and right and are also getting brighter opportunities. I dont care if you guys think I am jealous of them.... But does God really exist ? sorry for wasting your time with this depressing note. I guess there is a limit to how unlucky I can be !! call me a cry baby but I am one real unlucky individual !

i'll break my word for one last piece of advice for my sensistive friend:
"The very reason why we join this forum so that we can, as whole, say something that may influence the law makers of this country to change the existing laws so that our problem with GC will be resolve."
no lawmaker is bothering to read this silly thread. Please stop dreaming. if you want to influence, go meet them! that remain's iv's official word on the matter too...see the meet the lawmaker campaign. and if you already have...you have my respect, you are too good in that case to waste your time complaining about this stuff.
Probably, that's the reason why most lawmaker ignore us because of these comments. For them, we are aliens. We are not their contituents. And I think these country centric comments makes it worse.

But one thin I enjoy is problem solving and this is one of the hardest out there as it is dynamic.
With Eb3 India the Horizontal spillover methodology kills most hope as there is the large Eb2 India backlog. In 2007(I think) the vertical spillover methodology was followed and Eb3 India got 17000 or so visa numbers. So with Horizontal spillover and no number increase I am sorry to say movement is limited.
